2022년 5월 분기보고서 실적(연결기준)분석 결과 CSA코스믹의 1분기 매출은 전기비 45.1%(120억 원) 감소, 전년비는 30.3%(34억 원) 증가한 146억 원을 기록했다. 전기비는 화장품 부문 82억 원, 건설자재 38억 원이 줄어든 영향이며, 반대로 전년비는 화장품 48억 원 증가, 건설자재 14억 원 감소가 영향이다.
* 엑소아틀레트, 어린이 재활로봇 ‘의료기기 인증 획득’ = 엑소아틀레트가 어린이 전용 웨어러블 재활로봇 ‘밤비니 틴즈'(Bambini Teens)의 국내 의료기기 인증을 취득했다고 밝혔다. 엑소아틀레트는 지면 보행이 가능한 웨어러블 로봇 중 처음으로 발목 모터(Ankle motor)와 능동형, 수동형 보행 지원 훈련이 모두 가능한 어린이 전용 웨어러블 재활로봇이라고 회사측은 설명했다.
회사측은 AUT와 MTD 기술을 적용한 유전자 재조합 경쇄 보툴리눔 톡신을 원료로 하여 주름이 있는 피부를 개선하는 소재로 특허 출원 및 등록을 마친 상태이다.
바이오플러스(099430)가 경쇄(Light chain) 보툴리눔 톡신의 재조합 단백질에 펩타이드 소재를 결합한 화장품을 출시했다고 밝혔다. 바이오플러스측은 이 제품은 분자량이 커 내성과 부작용을 일으키는 중쇄를 제거해 신경세포를 표적하는 기능의 경쇄만 남긴 재조합 방식으로 반감기를 늘리는 기술과 피부흡수 능력을 높인 펩타이드 기술이 적용됐다고 설명했다.
이번 분기 순손실은 9억 원으로 영업익 60억 원 감소로 인해 전기비 51억 원 적자가 발생해 적자전환했다. 전년비는 영업익 16억 원 증가로 15억 원의 적자폭을 줄였지만 적자를 면지 못했다. 순이익률은 -5.8%로 전기비 21.8%P 감소, 전년비 15.4%P 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
반면, 코스나인(-12.62%), 에스디생명공학(-9.19%), 글로본(-8.61%), 올리패스(-6.34%), 휴엠앤씨(-4.68%), 현대바이오(-4.31%), 아우딘퓨쳐스(-3.71%), 본느(-1.96%), 내츄럴엔도텍(-1.33%), 라파스(-1.33%), 현대퓨처넷(-0.97%), 브이티지엠피(-0.18%)는 주가가 약세를 나타냈다.
바이오플러스는 향후 기존 MTD 펩타이드에서 신경 세포로 집적도를 높이는 기능을 강화한 NTD(Nerve Targeting Domain) 펩타이드로 개량하고, 이를 AUT가 적용된 경쇄 보툴리눔 톡신에 접목하여 신개념 보툴리눔 톡신의 의약품 소재로 개발할 예정이다.

CSA코스믹은 2분기에 2억 원의 상품매출을 기록했다. 지배기업의 관련매출 1억 원 증가에 따라 전기비 152.1%(1억 원) 늘었다. 전년비도 1억 원 이상 늘었는데, 이 기간에는 종속기업 등의 상품매출이 1억 원 증가한 것으로 나타났다. jejucosmetic누적 상품매출은 전년비 234.2%(2억 원) 늘어난 3억 원이다. 종속기업 등의 관련매출 2억 원 증가가 영향을 미쳤다. 매출액 대비 2분기 상품매출은 전기비 0.7%p·전년비 0.9%p 증가한 1.2% 수준이며, 누적은 전년비 0.5%p 증가한 0.9%다.

매출 상승에도 영업익은 전기비 7억원 감소해 15억 원의 영업손실이 발생했다. 전년비 역시 적자가 지속됐는데, 화장품 부문 영업익 8억 원·건설자재 부문 영업익이 7억 원 감소해 적자폭이 전년비 14억 원 늘었다. 누적 영업손실은 22억 이며, 손실은 전년비 2억 원 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

한국거래소에 따르면, 12월 5일부터 9일까지 한 주간 화장품 기업의 주가는 전주 대비 4.62% 상승했다. 해당 화장품 기업은 네이버증권 화장품업종에 속한 기업 54곳 가운데 우선주와 거래정지 중인 코스온, 협진을 제외한 48곳을 기준으로 했다.
매출총이익은 전기비 6.1%(5억 원) 증가해 90억 원으로 기록됐다. 지배기업 6억 원 감소를 종속기업 등의 매출총이익 11억 원 증가가 상쇄했다. 전년비는 지배기업 매출총이익 44억 원 증가에 따라 65.6%(36억 원) 늘었다. 누적은 176억 원으로 전년비 72.6%(74억 원) 늘었다. 지배기업 매출총이익 88억 원 증가에 따른 것이다. 2분기 매출총이익률은 전기비 2.2%p 감소, 전년비 8.0%p 증가한 56.0% 수준이다. 누적은 전년비 12.0%p 상승한 57.1%다.
